How We Started
Eyedeal Family Eye Care was born from early on in Dr. Derrick’s heart and mind because of his own battle with vision issues that caused him many challenges and through the help of a local Optometrist, he regained his functionality and has since then been wanting and working towards doing the same for others.
Early 2000’s
Derrick suffers a series of sports related accidents and concussions that cause vision problems and impairments.
2004
Derrick gets treated for the vision issues that he was facing and falls in love with the ability of giving people their sight back.
Early 2014
Graduated from State University Of New York – State College Optometry with honors
2015
Dr. Derrick spent time at a private practice in Northern VA learning the full scope of optometry.
Early 2016
Eyedeal Family Eye Care was founded in Buford, GA right across from the Mall of Georgia.
2020-Present
Eyedeal Family Eye Care is serving you and continuing to serve the Buford community and surrounding areas.
